When Tech CU created the new Tech CU Sharks & Barracuda Debit & Credit Cards, there was a problem: the initial limited-edition run didn’t have a signature line.

We took this challenge and decided to ask the San Jose Sharks players to tell us where they would sign their card if they had to decide.

The result? We created the Tech CU Jumbo Card Sweepstakes and gave away a one-of-a-kind autographed giant-sized replica of the cards.

Leveraging several platforms, from email and web to social media, we invited everyone—new and loyal customers alike—to grab their limited-edition Debit or Credit Card for a chance to enter our epic sweepstakes. The response was incredible, racking up an unbelievable number of impressions online. And the best part? We announced not one, but TWO lucky winners at a thrilling Sharks home game.
