Millennials aren’t chasing corner offices or luxury cars, they’re chasing balance. Mental health, personal fulfillment, and experiences matter more than climbing the corporate ladder. Banking is not their passion, so Tech CU has to feel less like a bank and more like a partner.

How could Tech CU position itself as a partner in our members’ journey toward balance and growth?

Insight
When you find your passion, you find the drive to pursue a wholesome life. This insight became the guiding principle for the campaign, aligning Tech CU’s mission with Millennials’ pursuit of personal and professional fulfillment.

Solution
We reframed Tech CU’s role from a transactional banking provider to a financial mentor. The campaign demonstrated how Tech CU helps members keep their focus on what matters most, like personal growth, while we handle their financial wellbeing.

Execution
The campaign came to life through a 360° approach, including online audio and videos supported by social media as well as digital ads and OOH.
